While I was in Lisbon, I had some really amazing days of riding with Alberto through the region. He showed me Cascais and the coastal region and all around Sintra, which were quite breathtakingly beautiful, epic riding, and historical. MEET YOUR COACH
ALBERTO casillas
Alberto Casillas is a professional triathlete and certified World Triathlon coach (Levels 1 & 2) with additional certifications in Coaching Female Athletes, High Performance Coach Antidoping Education, Safeguarding in Triathlon (Levels 1& 2), Safeguarding Women and Girls in Triathlon, as well as an AMI certificate in Montessori Sports. Representing Lithuania, he has competed in over 60 races across 20+ countries, earning top-100 world ranking, Baltic Champion (2017), and Continental Cup Champion (2018), among others.
Alberto combines 20+ years of triathlon experience with a holistic coaching approach, guiding athletes of all levels to improve performance, build consistency, and enjoy their training.

All levels are welcome. The only requirement is your commitment to showing up and doing the work.

Each coaching package is priced according to the level of support and value it provides. The Seasonal Package is the most accessible, while the Semi-Pro Package offers a deeper, more comprehensive coaching experience. Our Rising Star, Age Grouper, and Semi-Pro packages are delivered fully online. In-person coaching may be available in the Braga, Portugal area for athletes in the Premium package, depending on scheduling and availability. If you’re interested, please get in touch.

Yes. Coaching is also available in English and Portuguese.

Yes. All coaching packages are designed around a full season of training. When you join, you commit to one season to allow for consistency, adaptation, and meaningful progress.

Coaching may be paused in the case of injury, evaluated individually. Cancellations, however, are not available mid-season.

Yes. Depending on the coaching package you choose, you’ll receive form analysis and feedback across all three disciplines, with frequency adjusted to the level of your program and guided by a holistic view of your development.

Not necessarily. These tools provide valuable data, but they’re not required. We can build an effective training plan with whatever equipment you currently have.

Yes. One-time consultations are available depending on scheduling. If you’d like a structured plan without ongoing coaching, the Seasonal Package is a great fit.

No. We begin with an introductory call to get to know each other. From there, training is based on a clear, mutual commitment for the season.

Yes, all ages are welcome. I have extensive experience coaching children and teenagers, though at younger ages I often recommend joining a team environment for the best long-term development.
